The IT will engage with local community members, state agencies, and industry leaders to better understand how these groups are experiencing and thinking about NMP pollution. In doing so, the IT will ensure that local priorities are integrated into all SIMCoast activities so that the results of this research can best serve the needs of stakeholders across the state. This work will also inform the development of inclusive science communication methods and community engagement programs to enhance the accessibility and applicability of our findings.
